Provide Learning Resources

• Add a new course and course topics
• Enroll students in a course
• Edit completion conditions directly from the course page ( With edit mode enabled, Click 'Completion > Edit conditions)
• Edit access restrictions directly from the course page (With edit mode enabled, click Edit restrictions).
• Give a Text and media area a title in the course index
