Privacy officer

See some of the ways in which MightyLMS helps your organisation with GDPR compliance by taking on the role of our Privacy officer,  Le Quoc Hung.

The Privacy officer role is  a specially customised role for allowing a non-admin member of staff to view data requests (such as data export or deletion) and to respond to queries. Our Privacy officer is also able to accept policies on behalf of our younger students. See the Privacy officer documentation for more details.

1. Login as 'nhanvienbaomat1', password 'Moodle@2024!'
2. From your dashboard click the Site administration link and explore the following:

• • Data requests: See who has asked for their data to be exported or deleted.
  • Data registry: Check the types of data and their retention periods.
  • Plugin privacy registry: Ensure site plugins are GDPR compliant and see which data they use.
  • Manage policies: View the policies on the site and see who has and has not agreed to them.
  • User agreements: Manually agree to policies on behalf of students. (Particularly important as some of our students are below the digital age of consent.)
